Shipping policy

Customers need to be at least 21 years old to purchase from our website. Therefore, when the carrier delivers the package, the customer will be required to provide ID for proof of age and provide a signature.  If the customer is unable to verify age and sign for the package, the package will be returned to JimBuddy’s. The customer will be charged a restocking fee plus all related shipping charges.

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, the billing and shipping address must be the same. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Items ordered together may not always ship together. We do not ship on holidays. Occasionally, during busy seasons orders can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed. Shipping fees are based on the weight and size of packages in combination with the delivery destination zip code. Orders are packaged as economically as possible and are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (Fed Ex), or United States Postage Service (USPS). Kindly note that shipping charges are not refundable.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an error is caught after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible to make proper changes to the order. If the order is already out for delivery, we can only wait on the package to get returned back to us. If the package does not make it back to us, we cannot be held financially responsible for the customers' errors.
