Before you buy

New to a product? Do your homework! There’s no shame in research before buying. The best thing about this community is the endless amount of resources. Most of the brands provide video instructions. There is also a large community of unboxing and review videos on YouTube. Still have a few questions? We’re here to help! We want you to be confident in all purchases from JimBuddy’s. What is covered

Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
The Buyer has 24-hours from the time of delivery to report an issue.
“My package came damaged, what do I do?” We understand that not all great mail-carriers understand how precious your package is from JimBuddy’s. 

If a box is visibly damaged, document it before opening. Once you open the package, inspect the item. If the item has any damage, document it. Contact us sooner than later. There is a 24-hour window from the time of delivery to report a claim with supporting photos for a replacement. If we do not hear from the buyer within 24-hours of delivery, we assume all is well and your order will be closed. 

“There is a technical issue with the item I bought, what do I do?” We understand with electronic devices sometimes there is a hiccup in production. But here at JimBuddy’s, we try to be problem solvers first! If you are new to an item, call us and we will do our best to walk you through how to use it, or troubleshoot it. If we determine that your device is defective, we will work with you on an exchange. Occasionally the only option is to go through the manufacturer’s warranty program.

If we verify your claim, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item as described to us for approval of the exchange. That entails that the item does not have any additional damage or issues than originally expressed. Please note that you must be in communication with JimBuddy’s before sending in an exchange. Exchanges received without authorization will not be credited. The item must be in its original packaging and unused (electronics error exception). If we receive the item with additional issues, you are no longer eligible for an exchange. JimBuddy’s has the right to deny exchanges/refunds at all times. All exchanges must be shipped back within 3 days of approval to remain eligible for an exchange.

If the item is just not your style or you're having second thoughts, unfortunately, we cannot accept the request for a return. 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you attempt to cancel your order, you will be refunded the amount minus a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. If your order is already in the mail, it cannot be canceled (in most cases your order is shipped out the next day). If you paid for your order through Sezzle, the order cannot be canceled.
