PACT Act effective 04/26/2021

What is the PACT Act and how does it effect you:

Beginning on April 26th, 2021, the 2020 PACT Act Amendment will be in effect and JimBuddy’s will no longer be able to ship any items that are defined as Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS).The term “ENDS” is defined very broadly to essentially include all vaping products, liquids, components, and accessories, whether they contain nicotine or not.

Specifically, an ENDS product is defined as “any electronic device that, through an aerosolized solution, delivers nicotine, flavor, or any other substance to the user inhaling from the device,” including “an e-cigarette; an e-hookah; an e-cigar; a vape pen; an advanced refillable personal vaporizer; an electronic pipe; and any component, liquid, part, or accessory of a device described [above], without regard to whether the component, liquid, part, or accessory is sold separately from the device.”

Based on this definition of ENDS, zero-nicotine e-liquids, synthetic “tobacco-free” nicotine e-cigarettes, and CBD/THC/hemp vape pens, among other things, would all appear to be captured.

What does this mean for future shopping?

All of the items that fall under the category of ENDS items will still be available to purchase online and instore. The catch is that we can no long be able to ship these items in the mail. All of our items will still be available in store or online for "In-Store Pickup Only".

If you are unclear as to which items fall under the ENDS category, each item on the website that is going forward with "In-Store Pickup Only" will have the information clearly stated in the description.
