All sales are final. No exceptions.
If you receive an item that was defective or broken during delivery, contact JimBuddy’s Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of the arrival date. The Team will determine what steps will be taken next to resolve the issue.
Damaged/defective items must be returned unused, undamaged products for a store credit, refund or exchange as long as you contact us within 72 hours of the arrival of your package.
The item must be in its original product packaging and in unused condition. Items which have been used or do not have their original product packaging are not returnable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless it is due to our mistake).
Before returning any item you must call and get an authorization from us along with shipping instructions. You must ship your items to us within 7 days of receiving your package to qualify for a store credit, refund or exchange. Returns received without an authorization will not be credited and items will only be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense, so please contact us first.
If the item arrives to us damaged, used or in a condition that will not allow for us to re-sell the item, we will not be able to issue a store credit, refund or exchange. Pack your item well and/or insure it to prevent damage during shipping.
Once we get your returned product and approve the condition of the item as returnable, we will issue you a store credit, refund or offer you an exchange.
